2026 Budget Approved at Annual Meeting The WMC Annual Meeting took place on December 1st, 2025, at the Spring City Restaurant . The 2026 budget, calling for a $160 annual assessment, was passed by voting from the proxy ballots and the attendees. The $10 increase is the first in 4 years. The 2026 Directors of the WMC Board were elected at the meeting. We will begin 2026 with 3 Directors since no one responded to the November invitation to serve on the Board in 2026. Special thanks to Jason Hoeppner for his excellent service as WMC treasurer for the past decade plus. We wish Jason and his family the best as they have moved from the Windings . Invoices for the 2026 assessment will be mailed after Christmas with a due date of January 31st. The mailing will also contain the minutes of the Annual Meeting.
