2025 Budget Approved

The 2025 WMC budget has been approved at the December 2nd Annual Meeting. The annual assessment will remain $150 for the 4th consecutive year.

City Plans Maintenance On Rolling Ridge Ditch (Flood Mitigation Canal) The map, a screenshot from the City of Waukesha’s website, shows the areas that will be receiving maintenance in the near future.  A recent letter sent to property owners along Rolling Ridge Drive indicated that the work includes “…mowing, removal of trees and woody growth and overseeding.”   The letter also mentioned that herbicides will be used “as needed” to control invasive species.

   2026 Budget Approved at Annual Meeting The WMC Annual Meeting took place on December 1st, 2025, at the Spring City Restaurant .  The 2026 budget, calling for a $160 annual assessment, was passed by voting from the proxy ballots and the attendees.  The $10 increase is the first in 4 years.   The 2026 Directors of the WMC Board were elected at the meeting.  We will begin 2026 with 3 Directors since no one responded to the November invitation to serve on the Board in 2026.  Special thanks to Jason Hoeppner for his excellent service as WMC treasurer for the past decade plus.  We wish Jason and his family the best as they have moved from the Windings .   Invoices for the 2026 assessment will be mailed after Christmas with a due date of January 31st.
